Our commitment

Nehoa is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, whatever technology they use to browse it. We are working to improve the experience for everyone and to apply recognized accessibility standards across the site.

If a part of nehoa.com doesn’t work for you, we don’t want that to stop you from selling or buying a watch. Call or email and a member of our team will help you complete it another way.

The standard we work to

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements that make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. They describe three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA. Nehoa aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Current status: partially conformant. Some parts of the site do not yet fully meet the standard, and we are working through them.

Measures we take

Nehoa takes the following measures to support accessibility on nehoa.com:

• We consider accessibility when the site is built, and again whenever pages or features are added or changed.
• We review and act on every accessibility barrier that is reported to us.
• We keep phone and email alternatives available for everything the website does, so no sale or purchase depends on the site alone.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site rely on third-party components that we don’t control and that may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA:

• Embedded YouTube videos. The video player on our Videos and About pages is provided by YouTube. Its controls and captions are YouTube’s own.
• The Trustpilot review widget. Reviews shown through Trustpilot are displayed in a widget provided by Trustpilot.

Everything you can do on nehoa.com, you can also do with a person. Our team will take orders, make offers on your watch and answer questions by phone or email.
