How do you grade the condition of a timepiece?
Every listing uses one of the grades below so you know exactly what you’re getting:
- Unworn: Never worn, with no signs of wear of any kind.
- Excellent: Only very light wear and no dents or dings.
- Very Good: Noticeable signs of wear, possibly including small dents or dings. The crystal may have visible scratches or chips.
- Good: Wear that is easy to see with the naked eye, and the watch may be due for a service soon. The crystal may have visible scratches or chips.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by wire transfer, any major credit card, or cryptocurrency. Credit card fees are calculated and added at checkout, and we require a copy of your valid driver’s license for every credit card purchase.
Can I return my watch?
We ask that you be certain about the model before you buy. If your watch arrives and doesn’t match its description, you may return it within 48 hours of receiving it. Returns for a change of mind are not accepted.
How will my order ship?
Every domestic order goes out overnight with FedEx, and shipping is free on all purchases.
Can you hold a watch for me?
Because our pieces sell quickly, we can’t reserve or hold any items.
