Selling or buying a watch means trusting us with your name, your payment details and sometimes a copy of your ID. This policy explains, in plain language, what Nehoa collects on nehoa.com and in the shop, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

The short version
Nehoa LLC (“Nehoa”, “we”, “us”) buys and sells luxury watches online at nehoa.com, by phone and email, and in person at our locations. This policy covers all of those. In short:
When you visit nehoa.com, our website and the services it uses record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you got to our site, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in section 5. Our store platform also keeps a record of the items in your cart and your order history.
We may receive information about you from our payment processors (for example, whether a payment was approved or flagged for fraud), from FedEx (delivery status), from the platforms where you review or message us, and from public sources we use to verify identity or a watch’s history.
We use personal information for the following purposes, and no others without telling you first.
| Purpose | What we use |
|---|---|
| Making you an offer | Your watch details and photos, your contact details, and current market data, so we can quote a real price and get it to you. |
| Completing a sale or purchase | Your contact, payment and shipping details, and your ID where required, to process payment, ship insured, pay you by wire, and issue a receipt. |
| Authentication and fraud prevention | Your watch’s serial and reference numbers, your ID, and payment signals from our processors, to confirm the watch and the transaction are legitimate and to protect you and us from fraud. |
| Legal obligations | Transaction and ID records we are required to keep under tax law and the anti-money-laundering rules that apply to dealers in jewelry and precious metals, and to respond to lawful requests from authorities. |
| Customer service | Your messages and order history, so we can answer questions, arrange appointments and resolve problems. |
| Marketing | Your email address, if you join our newsletter or buy from us, to send news, new arrivals and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we don’t send text-message marketing without your separate consent. |
| Improving the site | Aggregated analytics about how visitors use nehoa.com, so we can see what works and fix what doesn’t. |
We don’t make decisions about you by automated means alone. Payment approvals and fraud screening are carried out by our payment processors using their own systems, and a person at Nehoa reviews every offer and every transaction.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. nehoa.com uses them in three ways:
Embedded content from YouTube, Google and Trustpilot may also set cookies controlled by those companies, under their own privacy policies.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, or as long as the law requires. Our standard periods:
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Transaction records | 7 years from the transaction, for tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering record-keeping. |
| ID copies | For as long as the transaction record they support must be kept, then securely destroyed. ID collected for an offer that doesn’t go ahead is deleted within 90 days. |
| Offer requests | Watch details and photos for offers that don’t result in a sale: up to 2 years, so we can honor or revisit the offer if you come back. |
| Messages | Emails, contact-form messages and call notes: up to 2 years after our last contact with you. |
| Newsletter | Your email address until you unsubscribe. We keep a record of the unsubscribe itself so we don’t email you again. |
| Website logs | Server and security logs: typically 30 days. |
| Analytics | Aggregated analytics data: up to 26 months, the default retention period in Google Analytics. |
When we no longer need information, we delete it or anonymize it so it can’t be linked back to you. Paper records, including printed ID copies, are shredded.
Whatever state or country you live in, you can ask us to:
Email admin@nehoa.com or call (706) 230-5253. Tell us what you’d like us to do and the email address or phone number you’ve used with us, so we can find your records. Before we share or delete information we’ll verify that the request really comes from you, usually by replying to the email address on file. If someone makes a request on your behalf, we’ll ask for proof that you authorized them.
We respond within 45 days. If a request is complex we may take up to 45 more days, and we’ll tell you if so. We won’t charge you or treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we decline a request, we’ll explain why and you can appeal by replying to our decision; we’ll have someone who wasn’t involved in the original decision review it.
Several states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia, have privacy laws that give residents specific rights. Many of those laws apply only to businesses above a certain size, and Nehoa may be below their thresholds. We extend the rights in section 7 to every customer regardless.
For the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act, in the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone, address, IP address); customer records (payment details, ID documents); commercial information (your purchases, sales and offer requests); internet activity (how you use our site); and, from photos or messages you choose to send, any other information they contain. We collect it from you, from your device, and from the service providers in section 4, for the purposes in section 3. We disclose it to the service providers in section 4 for business purposes.
We do not sell personal information and have not done so in the past 12 months. If our advertising cookies count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, you can opt out using the methods in section 5, including the Global Privacy Control signal. We don’t knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We don’t use or disclose sensitive personal information (such as ID documents) for anything other than completing your transaction and meeting our legal obligations. We don’t offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code §1798.83) lets residents ask which personal information we shared with third parties for their own direct marketing. We don’t share personal information for that purpose.
We do not sell covered information as defined in Nevada law (NRS 603A). You may still register a request not to sell by emailing admin@nehoa.com.
Nehoa is based in the United States and our services are offered to U.S. customers; we ship domestically only. nehoa.com is hosted in the United States and any information you send us is stored and processed there, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. If you contact us from outside the United States, you can still exercise the rights in section 7 and we’ll honor them.
We take the security of your information seriously, particularly ID documents and payment details:
No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we’ll notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law, including Georgia’s and Florida’s breach notification laws, and tell you what happened and what we’re doing about it.
nehoa.com and our services are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and you must be 18 or older to buy or sell a watch with us. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email admin@nehoa.com and we’ll delete it.
We’ll update this policy when our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top tells you when it was last revised. If a change significantly affects how we use information we already hold about you, we’ll let you know by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect.
Questions about this policy or about your information go to the people who run the shop, not a privacy department:
This policy is effective October 24, 2026.
